Roles:
To manage, to build and to moderate digital communities around the services of the company.
Design of the online strategy coordinated with the Company Management.
To generate analytical reports and to transmit opinions.
To plan social media campaigns with measurable objectives.
To manage research external providers, contents and metrics.
To design and to establish the use of indicators for social media.
To design and to establish the parameters to measure among the interconnected corporate websites.
Helpdesk, support in the software tools used.
Client voice in an internal way and corporate voice in an external way with the creation of the corresponding different digital contents in the languages known.
Training for internal personnel and volunteers in social networks with the coordination of the non-digital media such as the customer service standard services.
Advanced use of metrics and reporting of tools of web analytics.
Identification of trends of the communities and investigation of neighbouring markets.
Minimum requirements:
Degree related to Journalism, Marketing and audiovisual media.
Spanish: native speaker and advanced level of English.
High writing level in the languages known.
Web analytics advanced knowledge (use of software tools, Google analytics, ClickTale, etc.)
Multidisciplinary talent and extrovert character which allows him/her to represent multiple profiles in corporate favour as well as in favour or his/her community.
Optional requirements:
Previous experience in jobs of similar functions.
Galician, Catalan, Basque and French knowledge will be valued.
