An epic Obradoiro defeats Andorra

Rio Natura Monbus Obradoiro defeats MoraBanc Andorra in an exciting match. Half of the local team were at the infirmary, but in contrast Bendzius and Whittington players scored 43 points between them.

The match of the Endesa League took place in Multiusos Fontes do Sar, where the Obradoiro always feel protected by the best ACB fans.

At the beginning the match was dominated by the local team, but Moncho Fernández team stopped the offensive game of the Andorra. The end of the first part left the scoreboard at (33-23). This advantage (39-30) ended when Andorra improved its defensive game and finally they finished with three points less (43-40, min.28).

The team of Joan Peñarroya took advantage on the scoreboard in the last two minutes (54 - 59).

Bendzius forced the first extra-time. A ray of hope that Burjanadze and Albicy make disappeared, so they lever Andorra team into advantageous position. The Obra (how they are known between fans) overcame thanks to Whittington and Bendzius, who in the last six seconds put an end to the match (86-84).
