Choice and formalization of contracts.
Administration of payroll and social security.
Management of permits, holidays, overtime, sick leaves.
Absenteeism control.
Disciplinary regime.
Creation of training plans.
Occupational Risk Prevention Plan.
Minimum requirements:
Degree in Labour Relations or Social Graduate.
Computer knowledge: user level.
Two years minimum experience in a similar job.
Optional requirements:
Training in Superior Technician in Prevention of Labour Risks with the speciality of safety at work (600 hours) will be valued.
Dynamic and communicative personality as well as interpersonal skills.
