In accordance with Constitutional Law 15/99 of Protection of Information of a Personal Nature (from now on LOPD), we inform you that the data requested in this form will be included in a file of staff selection that is registered in the General Data Protection Register under the responsibility of MONFOBUS, S.L., con CIF B-27.103.969. It is important for you to take into account that the data requested are compulsory, so if you don’t fill the data gaps we won’t be able to include your CV to the particular selection process you have sent it to or, if so, to the employment bureau. In no case should you include in the CV you send us personal details referring to your ideology, religion, beliefs, race, health, sexuality or trade union membership.

The information we request by means of the form will allow us to create the database of the different applicants for the jobs offered through the web site, to carry out the corresponding selection process and to communicate the results of the same, so, unless otherwise indicated, this information will be also taken into account in future selection processes that suit your professional profile. Thus, when you register on the job offer or when you send your CV and accept this clause, you declare that the data provided are correct and you give your express consent in order for them to be collected and processed in a file owned by MONFOBUS, SL, entity responsible for carrying out the selection processes of the company, all this in compliance with the requirements established in Article 5 and the following of the Organic Law 15/1999 of Personal Data Protection; and in the Article 12 and the following of the Royal Decree 1720/2007; and in order for us to get in contact with you through the contact phone and/or the email address you give us. Vacant posts of different companies can also be offered on the web site, so when you register on the job offer or when you send your C.V. and accept this clause, you expressly consent the communication of your data for the same purpose to the transport company which offers the job, as well as to the rest of the companies offering jobs by means of the web site for future selection processes. This data communication will allow carry out the selection process.

All the information provided must be truthful, so when you register on the job offer filling the form and sending us your CV you guarantee the authenticity of all the data given. Any applicant who inserts content violating current legislation, must assume responsibility for the damages and injuries resulting from that action. In this regard, and for illustrative purposes and without limitation, it is prohibited to submit content:

• - Contravening that provided in the current national, community or international legislation.
• - Harming fundamental human rights, disqualifying or bothering the other applicants.
• - - Contravening the principles of legality, responsibility, protection of human dignity, child protection, protection of public order, protection of private life, consumer protection and intellectual and industrial property rights.
