The travel continues with Monbus

With Monbus, the travel continues. To do it in the best possible way, users with trips scheduled until 26 April* can benefit from the following measures: 

  • Flexibility of changes: user can modify the date unlimited times for three months from 31st March*
  • Adding points: all those who choose to change their ticket will get 100 extra monbuses on Club Monbus account to spend on their next journeys.

Monbus reminds its users that any change must be requested at least 2 hours before the departure of the bus

  • Online purchases: changes can be made through the website on the MANAGE YOUR RESERVATION section. Tickets purchased at the ReVibajas fare will also benefit from flexibility in changes.
  • Purchases at the ticket office: Monbus recommends its users to process the change request for tickets purchased at the ticket office by sending an e-mail to info@monbus.es, indicating the reservation code of the ticket, since due to the health alert most of the points of sale remain closed. 

 

Services cancelled 

Following the instructions received from the health authorities with the aim of mitigating the consequences of the COVID-19 virus, the supply of services has been reduced in recent weeks. Due to this, many of the programmed expeditions have been cancelled.   

All users affected by this circumstance may request a full refund of the amount of the tickets for cancelled services: 

  • Online purchases: the request must be processed through the mail info@monbus.es indicating the data of your ticket (origin, destination and booking code of the ticket). 
  • Purchases at the ticket office: Monbus recommends its users to process the request by e-mail info@monbus.es, indicating the ticket reservation code, since due to the health alert most of the points of sale remain closed. Once the State of Alarm ends, users will have a period of 14 days to request the return of cancelled tickets.
