Monbus provides customers a quality survey at Monbus website and through internet connection available on buses of 22 of the companies certified with quality standards ISO 9001 y 13816.
More than five thousand opinions were received during the last year and the results show that customers continue to rely on the company. One thing is clear: if you like, you try it again. 94% of those polled would travel again with Monbus in the future.
The treatment received by staff is one of the most highlighted points of the survey, followed by security conditions, driving, cleaning and good condition of buses. Aspects mentioned reach an outstanding grade, that is, 9 out of 10.
Level of satisfaction is very high regarding to timetable offer, frequencies and stops. 8 out of 10 say they are satisfied or very satisfied with this point. Moreover, operating times and the fulfillment of theses services reach the same excellent level.
Attention received is welcomed with regard to enquiries, complaints and suggestions. About 80% replies consider appropriate service provided through website, by telephone or face-to-face.
