In its continuous search of offering best conditions for customers, Monbus has obtained the certification Universal Accessibility - Accessibility Management System (UNE 17001-2). Monbus fleet becomes more accessible for any type of person, regardless of physical condition or disability.
In the case that a customer needs an adapted vehicle it is necessary to send a request by email to firstname.lastname@example.org, by telephone at 902292900 or Facebook, Twitter, G+ and Instagram at least two days before travelling in order to place passenger in a bus service appropriate for his needs. Passengers should arrive 15 minutes before in order to receive help from our staff. Wheelchairs will be transported for free in the boot.
With regard to urban journeys, Monbus fleet is adapted to what is required by the standard: kneeling, ramps, doors and aisles adapted to the access of wheelchairs, horizontal bar and handles, among other things to make passengers’ journey more comfortable and accessible to anyone. Besides, there is a reserved space for at least one wheelchair with head support, horizontal bar and push button, as well as, seats reserved for PRM and free access to guide dogs.
